The leader of Albania’s Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, announced through a Facebook post that he held a meeting with Eugenio Zoffili, Vice President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and a member of the Italian Parliament.
According to Berisha, the meeting focused on political developments in the region, strengthening parliamentary cooperation, and the role of the OSCE in safeguarding democracy, the rule of law, and free and fair electoral processes.
“It was also emphasized the importance of cooperation among center-right political forces across Europe, as well as the need for strong and independent institutions in Albania and throughout the Western Balkans,” Berisha stated.
