Citaku at the UNSC: Belgrade is preventing local Serbs to integrate in Kosovo

Kosovo Ambassador to Washington, Vlora Citaku, in her speech at the UN Security Council, has reminded to Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic massacres of Serbian forces during the war in Kosovo and urged the UN members to recvognise the reality of Kosovo.
