Costa Visits Kosovo, Meets Haxhiu and Kurti

President of the European Council, António Costa, visited Kosovo as part of his Western Balkans tour.

First, Costa met acting President Albulena Haxhiu in Pristina. The two officials discussed issues of mutual interest and Kosovo’s European path.

Afterward, Costa held talks with acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

Meanwhile, the European Council president continued his regional tour across the Western Balkans. The visit aimed to strengthen dialogue and reaffirm the European Union’s engagement in the region.

Earlier, Costa visited Albania on Tuesday. Before that, he traveled to Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia.

Furthermore, his tour highlights the European Union’s continued commitment to the Western Balkans and its support for the region’s European integration process.
