TIRANA, April 24 – Dinamo City have qualified for the Albanian Cup final after defeating Vllaznia 1–0 at the “Loro Boriçi” stadium in Shkodër.
The result followed a tightly contested semi-final second leg, where both sides created early chances but failed to convert in the first half. The first leg had ended in a 1–1 draw, leaving the tie evenly balanced.
Dinamo City, coached by Ilir Daja, broke the deadlock in the 75th minute through Dejvi Bregu. He finished a solo effort after dribbling past the Vllaznia defence to secure the decisive goal.
Vllaznia pressed for an equaliser in the closing stages, with attempts from Bekim Balaj and others failing to beat the opposition defence. Dinamo City held firm to secure progression to the final for a second consecutive season.
The club will now face Egnatia in the final on 13 May, while Vllaznia turns its focus to domestic league competition.
