Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten expressed his support for Kosovo’s European future, saying he hopes the country will become part of the European family one day.
“I hope that Kosovo will become part of the European family one day, yes,” Jetten told Euronews Albania.
Jetten made the statement while attending the NATO Summit in Ankara, Türkiye, which brought together senior alliance officials, representatives from member and partner countries, defence industry leaders and technology experts.
According to NATO, the summit serves as one of the most important high-level forums focused on defence production, investment and the development of defence capabilities across the transatlantic area.
Jetten’s remarks reaffirm support for Kosovo’s aspirations for closer integration with European institutions.
