e-Albania 2.0 records nearly 23,000 public services in first 24 hours after relaunch

TIRANA, May 19 – The new e-Albania 2.0 platform delivered 22,936 public online services during its first day of operation. The platform has been fully redesigned to ensure faster and more secure access for citizens and businesses.

Meanwhile, the portal registered 9,797 online applications for public services. It also generated 13,139 electronic-sealed documents in real time. In addition, 51,584 documents were delivered to the “My Space / My Documents” section for citizens and businesses as part of applications and service responses. Over 200 new users, including citizens and businesses, registered directly on the new portal during the first day.

The platform marks a new step toward a faster, more modern and more accessible digital experience. It operates on a fully upgraded infrastructure designed to improve performance and reliability across all online services.

Finally, e-Albania 2.0 introduces improved accessibility and inclusion features. It also enables easier use for persons with disabilities, supporting a barrier-free and equal digital public service for all users.
