Albanian champions Egnatia begin their UEFA Champions League campaign today with an away match against Moldovan champions Petrocub.
The match will kick off at 19:00 at the Zimbru Stadium, where Egnatia will look to secure a positive result and take an important step toward reaching the second qualifying round of the competition.
Coach Nevil Dede’s team has prepared intensively for the challenge and will aim for victory in their European debut.
Egnatia strengthened the squad with new signings while keeping its core group of players. The team also completed a demanding training camp in Bulgaria, where it finished preparations successfully.
