EU confirms: Kosovo-Serbia technical dialogue resumes on 26 February

The EU facilitated technical dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia will resume on 26 February. This was confirmed by Maja Kocijancic, spokesperson to the EU High Representative, Federica Mogherini.
