EU-WB Sofia Summit about to fail because of Kosovo

The European Union diplomacy is trying to prevent clashes because of Kosovo’s participation in the EU-Western Balkans summit which will be held next week in Sofia, Bulgaria. The five EU countries which have not recognised Kosovo’s independence threaten to boycott the Summit.
