Eurovision 2026 Bulku: Today we will hold the main rehearsal, it will be a serious and dignified competition

TIRANA, May 13 – The 70th Eurovision Song Contest opened on Tuesday in Vienna. Albania will compete in the second semi-final on May 14.

Speaking live on “Mirëmëngjes Shqipëri” [Good Morning Albania], Rajmonda Bulku, part of the Albanian delegation supporting singer Alis, said the team will hold its main rehearsal today. She described it as a key moment. At the same time, she said participation requires continuous work and effort. She added that fatigue comes with artistic and moral purpose. She stressed the pride of representing the country.

In addition, she said the song has attracted attention from foreign listeners. She pointed to its melody and emotional impact. She added that the performance will be a serious and dignified competition with Alis.

Meanwhile, Bulku also praised Albanian artist Alis Kallaçi. She said he performs with strong emotion. She added that he has stage experience from a young age through competitions and performances at Albanian Radio and Television.

In this context, Kallaçi will perform the song “Nan” on May 14 in the second semi-final. The song highlights the role of the mother in the Albanian family through lyrics and musical composition.

Finally, the Eurovision 2026 final will take place on May 16. It will air on RTSH 1, RTSH Muzik, and Radio Tirana 1.

Voting rules allow viewers outside Albania to participate. They can vote via televoting code 13 in participating countries. They can also vote through esc.vote in non-participating countries.
