Foreign tourists praise Durrës for hospitality, beaches and affordable prices

TIRANA, August 7 – Foreign tourists visiting Durrës during the summer season have praised the city’s beaches, hospitality, affordable prices and relaxing atmosphere. Visitors from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, England, the Czech Republic and the Dominican Republic said they had a positive experience and considered Durrës an attractive destination for family holidays.

The Media and Information Agency (MIA) shared messages from several tourists who highlighted the weather, beaches and the friendliness of local residents. A visitor said Durrës offered beautiful days, pleasant beaches and welcoming people. Meanwhile, a tourist from the Netherlands, who visited with his family, described the beach as large and relaxing. Italian visitors also praised the accessibility of the beach, the atmosphere and the hospitality of residents.

A tourist from the Dominican Republic described Durrës as a pleasant coastal city and said he found friendly people across Albania. Rayan, a visitor from London, said the warm climate and hospitality made Albania an ideal destination, especially for tourists from colder countries. Tourists from the Czech Republic also appreciated the city’s attractions, affordable prices and the willingness of residents to help visitors.

Many foreign tourists said food, drinks and services offered good value for money. They added that they would recommend Albania to friends and family and expressed their wish to return.
