French Cultural Week brings art, culture and inspiration to Albania

The French Cultural Week will begin this Sunday and continue until July 24, bringing a diverse program of artistic activities across Albania.

The event will showcase French culture through impressionist painting, classical theatre, ballet, cinema, literature, music and other forms of artistic expression.

As one of the world’s leading cultural centres, France has built a rich artistic heritage that continues to inspire generations of creators and audiences worldwide. This year, Albanian audiences will have the opportunity to experience this cultural legacy through a series of events.

The French Cultural Week marks the fifth edition of the International Cultural Weeks, an initiative that transforms Albania into a major artistic stage where different cultures meet through emotions, colours, sounds and unique stories.

Organised by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport in cooperation with diplomatic missions in Albania, the International Cultural Weeks aim to promote global cultures and encourage dialogue, diversity and creative exchange.
