TIRANA, August 14 – Startups supported through Albania’s grant scheme in 2024-2025 have increased their activity, employment, revenue and number of clients.
Economy and Innovation Minister Delina Ibrahimaj shared data on the performance of the businesses after receiving grant funding. She said Startup Albania supports Albanian startups through the grant scheme as they pursue growth and sustainable development.
According to the published figures, funded startups doubled their average number of employees. The figure rose from 3 employees in 2024 to 6 in 2025.
Meanwhile, their revenue increased by 142.21% over the same period. The number of clients also grew, from 2 in 2024 to 5 in 2025.
Ibrahimaj said the figures show how the startups performed after receiving financial support. She added that the data indicate the grant scheme’s impact on expanding their business activity.
