Hahn reminds Serbia legally-binding agreement with Kosovo

The European enlargement commissioner, Johannes Hahn, during a visit to Belgrade on Wednesday said that Serbia should reach a legally-binding agreement on normalisation of relations with Kosovo in order to join the European Union.
