Agrotourism continues to drive economic and social development across Albania by creating jobs and strengthening rural communities.
Prime Minister Edi Rama highlighted the “Hani i Qerosit” agrotourism site in Kuçovë, Berat, which is emerging as a popular destination for visitors seeking nature, tradition, and authentic farm experiences.
Rama said the site offers guests the opportunity to experience Albanian hospitality and rural life firsthand.
“At ‘Hani i Qerosit’ in Kuçovë, visitors can take part in farm activities, including horse riding, feeding animals, and preparing traditional dishes with fresh local products. It offers a unique experience that brings people closer to nature, Albanian traditions, and local hospitality,” Rama said.
He also noted that the IPARD Programme supported the investment, helping create a new destination that promotes rural tourism and local development.
