Head of the EU Office in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova, has reacted to surprise efforts of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, Speaker of Assembly kadri Veseli, and Prime Minister Ramushj Haradinaj, to abrogate the Law on Specialist Chambers and Specialist Prosecution Office.
