Head of SPAK Klodjan Braho to appear before the High Prosecutorial Council on Monday for annual report

The head of the Special Prosecution Office, Klodjan Braho, will appear on Monday before the High Prosecutorial Council of Albania to present the annual report of the institution he leads.

“The High Prosecutorial Council will hold, on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 10:00, a hearing session with the Head of the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), Mr. Klodjan Braho, who will present the work report for 2025.

This reporting is carried out in accordance with the legal obligation set out in Article 105 of Law No. 97/2016 ‘On the organization and functioning of the Prosecution in the Republic of Albania’, as amended, to report to the High Prosecutorial Council on the progress of the institution’s activity,” the Council stated.

Braho was appointed head of SPAK on December 11 of last year, replacing Altin Dumani in the position.
