Kavaja market project advances with French architect’s design

The National Territorial Council has cleared the way for the new Kavaja Market in the city centre. French architect Manuelle Gautrand designed the project to introduce a contemporary architectural concept to the urban space.

The development covers 3,130 square metres of land, with a building area of 1,405 square metres. The structure will have one floor and reach a maximum height of 18.95 metres.

Meanwhile, the roof will give the building its distinctive profile. It features two curved sections joined by an asymmetrical ridge, creating a characteristic silhouette.
