KLA Veterans launched petition against Kosovo war crimes court

Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) war veterans have launched a petition asking amending of the Law on Specialist Chambers and Specialist Prosecution Office, established to prosecute and try ex-KLA members on alleged war crimes.
