Kosovo chief negotiator: Association of Serb Municipalities according to Constitution

Head of Kosovo’s delegation in technical talks with Serbia, Avni Arifi, said that the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities will be formed based on the Constitution of Kosovo. Technical teams of Pristina and Belgrade have resumed today talks as part of the EU-facilitated talks in Brussels.
