Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister, Behgjet Pacolli, has decided to join the team of the World Chess Federation (FIDE) head Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, who in the west is known as controversial Russian politician, and close ally of Russian President, Vladimir Putin.
