Kosovo, Montenegro agree to revise border deal

Kosovo and Montenegro have signed a new deal agreeing to seal the Agreement on border demarcation between the two countries. The declaration signed by Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, and his Montenegro counterpart Filip Vujanovic, foresees ratification of current version of the Agreement leaving a door open for the agreement to be revised later.
