Kosovo opposition leader presents plan on dialogue with Serbia

Leader of the opposition party of Vetevendosje, Albin Kurti, has presented on Monday his plan on the dialogue with Serbia. Kosovo and Serbia are expected to enter final phase of the EU-facilitated dialogue which should be concluded with a legally-binding agreement.
