Kosovo ready for a peace pact with Serbia, says PM Haradinaj

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj attending a commemoration gathering remembering 19th anniversary of the Studime massacre when 116 Albanian civilians were killed by Serbian police and military forces, said that all what Kosovo can offer Serbia is a final peace pact.
