Kurti Meets Armenian PM, Calls for Alliance of Democracies

Kosovo’s acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti met Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a bilateral meeting in Yerevan.

Kurti thanked Armenia for its contribution to KFOR through its armed forces and for the growing cooperation between the two countries. He also expressed appreciation for the invitation to the “Yerevan Dialogue” International Conference.

The two leaders discussed concrete opportunities to deepen relations between Kosovo and Armenia, focusing on economic cooperation, investment and trade, as well as academic and cultural exchanges.

Kurti praised the hospitality of his Armenian counterpart and stressed that peace in Europe and beyond requires a strong alliance of democracies.
