No agreement with Srpska List on demarcation, PM Haradinaj says

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj is convinced the Agreement on border demarcation between Kosovo and Montenegro will be ratified on 20 March as the Parliament will set to vote for the fourth time ratification of this disputed deal. He warned that absence of a single MP during Tuesday’s session would make the voting fail.
