No Kosovo Army on 28 November

The package of laws on transition of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) into Army of Kosovo have been approved by Parliament in the first reading, but despite announcements that the legislation package on the army would be finalised on 28 November, members of the Parliament’s Committee on KSF stated that there will be no establishment of the Army on this date. 28 November is celebrated by Albanians as the Flag and Independence Day of Albania.
