TIRANA, September 3 – Prime Minister Edi Rama announced the first component of “Pasqyrë Albania” (Dashboard Albania). The component, called “Flamingo Mirror”, will soon give citizens access to documents and information on issues of public interest.
To begin with, Rama said the platform would cover planned investment projects on Sazan Island and in Pishë Poro-Narta. He made the announcement while speaking to the Socialist Party parliamentary group and the government cabinet.
At the same time, citizens will be able to access project documents, meeting records, negotiation updates and legal references. Environmental studies will also form part of the information available through the platform.
Rama described “Flamingo Mirror” as an “active mirror”. Beyond providing documents, the platform will allow citizens to ask questions about the issues it covers. When information is unavailable, it will explain why.
In the longer term, the system will cover projects that use public funds. This will include projects financed with even small amounts of taxpayers’ money.
