PM Rama urges investors to seize Albania tourism opportunities

Prime Minister Edi Rama has urged investors to seize the opportunities offered by Albania’s tourism sector. He spoke at the first edition of the Future Hospitality Forum 2026 in Tirana.

The forum brought together investors, international brands and representatives of the hospitality and tourism sectors. Rama said Albania aims to develop tourism that generates higher revenues and attract more internationally recognised brands.

Rama said some international brands already operate in Albania, while others are still considering entering the market. He added that more brands have yet to arrive.

Meanwhile, the prime minister said Albania needs more investment and faster action. He stressed that international perceptions of the country depend not only on what people hear, but also on what they see and experience themselves.
