Political disagreements hindering economic cooperation – Kosovo FM

Behgjet Pacolli, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, attended the World Economic Forum, which is being held as part of the EU-Western Balkans summit in Sofia, Bulgaria.
