Prime Minister Rama reacts to the passing of academician Rexhep Qosja

Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted following the news of the passing of academician Rexhep Qosja.

“FAREWELL, GOOD ALBANIAN.
Heartfelt condolences to the family, relatives, and friends of Professor Rexhep Qosja,” Rama wrote.

Academician Rexhep Qosja passed away on Thursday at the age of 89. According to a family statement, the funeral ceremony was held in the presence of close family members.

In accordance with the late academic’s wishes, no public homage ceremony will be organized, and the family has announced that they will not participate in institutional events.
