Prime Minister Edi Rama and his wife, Linda Rama, arrived at the official reception and dinner hosted by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and First Lady Emine Erdoğan during the NATO Summit in Ankara.
Rama met President Erdoğan and the First Lady before posing for an official photograph. He also shared images from the meeting on social media.
Rama and the Albanian delegation are attending the NATO Summit alongside allied heads of state and government.
During the summit, Rama will meet NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and join the leaders’ working session.
On Tuesday, Rama will also hold a bilateral meeting with President Erdoğan.
Albania’s participation in the summit reaffirms the country’s role as an active and reliable NATO ally and underscores its commitment to strengthening Euro-Atlantic security and stability.
