Minister Salla visits a farm in Çermë e Sipërme. He inspects production and investment results. The farmer grows vegetables in 1.8 hectares of greenhouses. He exports 70% of his production. He sells the rest in the local market and to tourists.

The farmer returns after 15 years in Crete. He invests in agriculture in Albania. He develops the company “ALBASEED”.

“ALBASEED” supports farmers with seeds, technology, and advice. It improves production and quality. Minister Salla praises the success story. He says migration experience supports agriculture.

Returning migrants bring investment and knowledge. They strengthen agriculture, exports, and tourism. The government prepares an agricultural insurance scheme. It shares costs between state and business. It protects farms from natural disasters.

The government increases agricultural support funding. It raises the budget to €40–45 million. It asks farmers to submit invoices for payments.
