Romanian Foreign Minister: Kosovo-Serbia problems to be solved through dialogue

Teodor Meleșcanu, Foreign Minister of Romania which is holding the presidency of the EU Council, said the dialogue said the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue is supported by all European Union countries and both Pristina and Belgrade should focus in overcoming difficulties currently facing, Gazeta Express reports.
