Serb-run municipalities in the north pay no taxes

The Law on taxes on immovable property, and the Law on construction and planning, are not being implemented by the four Serb-run municipalities in northern Kosovo – Mitrovica North, Zubin Potok, Leposavic, and Zvecan, daily Koha Ditore reports.
