Serbian man who attacked US Embassy in Podgorica awarded by Serbia for his role during war in Kosovo

The man who threw a bomb into the U.S. Embassy complex in Montenegro’s capital, and then killed himself, was a Serbian man, ex-soldier decorated by Serbian authorities after NATO’s bombing of Serbia and Montenegro in 1999, during the war in Kosovo.
