Socialist Party Parliamentary Group to Hold Extended Meeting on Wednesday, Message to MPs Revealed

The Socialist Party will hold an extended meeting of its parliamentary group and government cabinet on Wednesday. Euronews Albania journalist Eksiola Shehu has revealed details of the message sent to Socialist Party MPs.

According to the message, the meeting will take place at 12:30 p.m. at the Palace of Brigades. The meeting comes just days after Parliament approved the new territorial map.

“Dear colleagues,

I would like to inform you that on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 12:30 p.m., we will hold an extended meeting of the Parliamentary Group at the Palace of Brigades.

For this reason, our regular Parliamentary Group meeting will not take place on Monday, October 12,” reads the message sent to MPs.
