Spain's PM Rajoy to boycott EU-W.Balkans summit because of Kosovo President

Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy is considering avoiding participation in a summit between the European Union and Western Balkans, which will be held by mid-May. He does not want to be in the same picture with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci who would represent Kosovo in this summit, El Pais reports.
