State Enforcement Service operates through 22 offices nationwide

TIRANA, August 6 – The State Enforcement Service operates through 22 local offices across Albania to implement final court decisions, Minister of Justice Toni Gogu said.

Gogu highlighted the role of the institution, saying that winning a court case represents only half of the process. He said a decision gains full value only after it is enforced. The service implements court rulings related to alimony payments, parents’ visits with children, unpaid salaries, financial obligations, court expenses, criminal fines, and property handovers.

Meanwhile, the minister said the State Enforcement Service is part of the Ministry of Justice and operates nationwide through 22 local enforcement offices. He invited citizens to contact the office in their area for information on procedures and required documentation. The addresses of all offices are available on the official website of the General Directorate of State Enforcement.

Gogu added that enforcement officers take all legal measures required to implement court decisions. He said that knowing where to seek assistance and what services an institution provides helps citizens avoid delays, save time and resolve their cases more easily.
