The Albanian and Greek institutions are strengthening economic cooperation through new bilateral engagement in Athens.
First, a delegation from the Albanian Investment Development Agency, led by Executive Director Laura Plaku, participated in the Albania–Greece Economic Forum and B2B meetings in Athens.
In addition, the delegation held a bilateral meeting with the leadership of Enterprise Greece, headed by Marinos Giannopoulos. The meeting took place at the agency’s headquarters in a cooperative and friendly atmosphere.
Moreover, both sides reaffirmed their long-standing institutional partnership. They emphasized continuity and mutual commitment to strengthening economic relations.
Furthermore, discussions focused on expanding cooperation in areas of shared interest. These included participation in international events, exchange of best practices, and coordination of joint activities in Tirana and Athens.
At the same time, the two agencies explored concrete mechanisms to promote investment and improve regional and international visibility.
In addition, the Embassy of Albania in Greece stated that it actively supports this institutional dialogue. It also highlighted its role in building a sustainable platform for cooperation between economic and institutional actors from both countries.
As a result, Albania and Greece are expected to deepen collaboration and enhance investment opportunities in the region.
