Time to reach a historic agreement with Serbia – President Thaci

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci spoke to the media about the new talks at the presidential level. He is expected to meet with his Serbian counterpart Aleksandr Vucic on Sunday in Brussels. This meeting was called at the invitation of EU High Representative Federica Mogherini.
