Tourism, Culture and Sports Minister reviews public beaches in Kavaja, stresses equal access for visitors

TIRANA, June 19 – As the summer tourism season begins, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports continues to focus on the management of public coastal areas. In Kavaja’s public beaches, Tourism, Culture and Sports Minister Blendi Gonxhja conducted site visits and spoke with residents and visitors about the implementation of public beach regulations and the right of everyone to enjoy free and equal access to the coastline.

Meanwhile, Gonxhja reaffirmed the commitment to protect public spaces and respect the rights of residents who live near these areas. He also stressed the need to keep beaches clean, safe and available for public use. In addition, the coastal visits form part of measures for the summer tourism season. The ministry aims to improve the management of public spaces and ensure their use benefits both local communities and visitors.
