Veseli: Agreement with Montenegro opens the way for visa liberalisation

The chairman of the ruling Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) and Speaker of Assembly, Kadri Veseli, called as good news the accord on signing of an annex to the existing Agreement on border demarcation between Kosovo and Montengro, which will enable the two countries to revise the deal.
