“World Cup Nights” brings sport and entertainment to RTSH 1 throughout FIFA World Cup 2026

TIRANA, June 11 – RTSH 1 launches “World Cup Nights,” a new daily programme dedicated to FIFA World Cup 2026. The show will air every evening from June 11 to July 19.

Hygerta Sako and Kristo Thoma will host the programme. Viewers can follow the broadcast on RTSH 1 from 22:45 to midnight throughout the tournament.
The format combines football analysis with broader entertainment content. A six-member panel will feature sports analysts, refereeing experts and prominent figures from Albanian sport. At the same time, guests from politics, arts, comedy, show business and the diplomatic community in Tirana will join the discussions.

The programme aims to offer more than a traditional sports show. Alongside match analysis and tournament updates, it will include personal stories, opinions and discussions linked to the World Cup experience.

Meanwhile, live connections from the United States, Canada and Mexico will bring updates from the host countries. Entertainment segments will also form part of the programme’s daily schedule.

Additional features will include match predictions, audience interaction and quiz segments with humorous elements. Social media trends and memorable moments from previous World Cups will further enrich the content.

Through this format, RTSH 1 seeks to attract both football fans and wider audiences. The programme combines sport, entertainment and public engagement in a single evening broadcast throughout FIFA World Cup 2026.
