PM Rama: 19 digital services now available to pensioners through voice commands

Prime Minister Edi Rama says pensioners can now use 19 services on the e-Albania platform through voice commands with the help of virtual assistant Diella. Users can also access the platform through Face ID or fingerprint recognition after activation.

In a video shared on social media, Rama demonstrated how Diella guides users through several procedures. These include checking pension details, registering with a family doctor and reporting a lost passport.

For pension information, Diella directs users to a pension card ready for download. During family doctor registration, the assistant guides users through selecting their city and health centre.

The demonstration also showed how to report a lost passport. Diella explained that the service is free and that the certificate is prepared within 3 days. She helps users complete the form by filling in personal details automatically and requesting information about the lost document.

Rama invited citizens to follow the video instructions to learn how to access digital services through direct voice interaction with Diella.
