TIRANA, May 25 – Farmers across the country can apply from today for the National Support Scheme 2026. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development launched the programme with 12 support measures.
Agriculture and Rural Development Minister, Andis Salla said farmers now have full access to apply and benefit from the scheme. He made the statement during a press conference. He said the programme aims to expand participation across the agricultural sector.
Meanwhile, Salla said more than 5,000 farmers have already applied online. He said the number continues to increase as applications progress.
The total fund for the National Scheme reaches 5.2 billion ALL. The programme aims to include more small farms. It also lowers minimum eligibility thresholds and increases financial support.
