Marubi Museum workshop explores light photography inspired by Gjon Mili

TIRANA, June 26 – The “Drawing with Light” creative workshop at the Marubi Museum in Shkodër introduced young participants to experimental photography. The museum’s education team organized the activity.

Meanwhile, the workshop drew inspiration from the work of photographer Gjon Mili. Participants created light drawings by using light sources and long-exposure photography. They produced images that became visible only through the camera lens.

In addition, the workshop encouraged participants to explore the relationship between photography, drawing and performance. The creative process also helped them discover new forms of artistic expression and develop their imagination.

As a result, the activity created a space for experimentation and discovery. Curiosity, creativity and light combined throughout the workshop. The experience also encouraged participants to view art from a different perspective.

Finally, the Marubi Museum education team guided participants throughout the workshop and turned the activity into an inspiring creative experience.
