Acting Tirana Mayor outlines second phase of soft loan applications in Tirana

TIRANA, June 26 – Acting Tirana Mayor Anuela Ristani said the extension of the application deadline for subsidized housing loans has increased the number of beneficiary families. She presented the update during Thursday’s municipal council meeting.

Meanwhile, Ristani said authorities received 4,409 applications in the first phase. She added that 2,871 families qualified as successful applicants.
In addition, Ristani said the municipality is reviewing appeals from the first phase. Authorities will then publish the final lists of successful and unsuccessful applicants in line with the appeal results.

At the same time, the municipality will launch the second application phase. Applicants may submit documents at citizen service offices or through Albanian Post.

Finally, Ristani said the municipality will issue a second public notice with details of the new call. She added that applicants must submit all required documentation by July 31, 2026.
