The rich heritage of local traditions and folklore is drawing growing interest at the Ethnographic Museum this early autumn. Local and foreign visitors are showing particular interest in the area’s history, traditions and way of life over the years.
Tour guides say interest in the city’s museums continues to grow. Tourist itineraries now include more than the Ethnographic Museum. They also feature the Museum of Weapons, the Cold War Museum and the Kadare Museum. These sites have become important stops on tourist tours.
The Ethnographic Museum, the Museum of Weapons, the Cold War Museum and the Kadare Museum have welcomed around 62,000 visitors since January.
Meanwhile, Nasr al-Din Amer, a member of the Houthis’ political bureau, said on Telegram that the group was still preparing its response. He added that it would “go far beyond what is circulating on social media.”
