The European Union Delegation in Albania has condemned the latest Russian drone and missile attacks on Ukraine.
It said the strikes targeted Kyiv during the night and caused several casualties. It also said the residential complex where the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania in Ukraine lives was hit.
The Delegation stressed that the attack put his life at risk. It described the strike as strongly irresponsible. It said the attack reminds once again of the brutality of Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified war of aggression against Ukraine.
It added that the European Union stands in solidarity with both Ukraine and Albania. The statement was published on social media by the EU Delegation in Tirana.
